1. Contact Denise:
• describe your background in running and physical activity
• describe what you hope to achieve by having a coach
• include contact information
2. You will be contacted to set up a coaching and training.
• review the short-term goals and how the training will progress
• review running form
3. You will receive your first 3-month training plan.
• You will receive a custom training plan tailored to you and your goal. We will base your structured plan on proven training methods to get you ready.
